Kanye breaks Twitter silence to show off his new Gosha-designed neck tattoo

He also debuted some early Yeezy shoe designs

This is not a drill – Kanye West has started tweeting again and it’s as random as you’d expect.

Among his 14 tweets was a revelation that Gosha Rubchinskiy has designed him a neck tattoo of his son’s name. “I asked my friend to design this neck tat for me,” he tweeted along with a screenshot of what looks like an Instagram chat (from about two updates ago). The tat is reminiscent of the 90s market stall tribal print patterns seen in the Vetements AW18 show.

Alongside the prospective tattoo designs, Kanye debuted some early versions for Yeezy shoe designs and told fans he was “still working to get these right”. He also flooded his timeline with a host of screenshots, including touching throwbacks with ex-brother-in-law Lamar Odom, and some existential musings on the nature of consciousness. “Some people have to work within the existing consciousness while some people can shift the consciousness,” he wrote.

Last time we heard from Kanye was on Valentines Day when he broke his social media hiatus to pay tribute to the most iconic couples in pop culture on his Instagram. Hopefully this means two things: more projects are on the way and, also, Kanye King of Twitter is back. See some more of his posts below:
