An unsettling new revelation
New details are slowly being revealed about the next highly anticipated season of Black Mirror, which is reportedly on its way soon.
The show is known for its twists, so it’s only fitting that the latest revelation is that global pop star Miley Cyrus will be trying her hand at acting in one of the season five episodes.
The ex-hip hop star turned country singer told Howard Stern that she is “really proud” of her work on the show, and while remaining coy on specific details she did reveal that there are a “lot of different sides” to her character.
“There’s a lot of dimension to it,” she told Stern. “Actually it was while the devastation of Malibu was happening, and it was a really weird learning experience for me because I was so far from home and the show is already really dark, and it's already kind of eerie when you're there the whole time.”
She added: “But I learned a lot about myself, and I think I was able to use that and put that into it.”
According to Digital Spy, the confirmation follows a rumour that started on Your Favourite Thing Podcast with Wells & Brandi, the latter being Miley’s older sister. Brandi revealed that her sibling had been working on the anthology series in Cape Town alongside Ozark’s Russ Langmore who was shooting an episode at the same time.
