There was a clear nod to menswear – an evidence of Giornetti’s training in Ferragamo’s men’s division before – in the oversized blazers layered over pleat-front trousers. A print of grass and dragonflies appeared on a flared skirt that hit just above the ankle, while the 1970s references – another big trend for next summer – continued with crochets, peasant tops and rectangular snakeskin satchels.
