London-based designer Saul Nash has built a career on movement, both in fashion and in life. Raised in north-east London, he first found expression through dance before translating that energy into his namesake label. Now, the Fashion East designer is bringing that ethos to lululemon with SLNSH, a multi-season collaboration that reimagines activewear beyond the gym.

Dropping March 11, SLNSH’s first collection channels the energy of spring and the idea of metamorphosis; the pieces are built for transformation, with removable elements and layered designs that invite wearers to experiment. “This collection encourages people to step outside of what they think activewear is,” says Nash. “It pushes wearers to explore it from a new lens.”

At its core, SLNSH is about fluidity. The collection spans menswear, womenswear, and accessories, reflecting Nash’s ongoing exploration of sportswear beyond rigid gender codes. It also embodies lululemon’s approach to technical innovation, merging functionality with personal expression. Jonathan Cheung, lululemon’s creative director, describes the collaboration as a seamless fit: “Saul has an innate understanding of our DNA, taking our technical fabrics and construction methods into his world to produce a collection that stands at the crossroads of performance and style.”

For Nash, movement has always been at the center of his design practice. His ‘Static Man Versus The Man In Motion’ manifesto guides his work. “The static man is just a facade of who he is,” he explains. “But the man in motion is a reflection of who he truly is.”

The Define Jacket, a standout piece, plays with transparency, while the lululemon logo is subtly integrated throughout the collection in a way that feels organic rather than overt. “I don’t love shoving branding down people’s necks,” says Nash. “It’s important that people build their own association through the garments.”
