Ah 2024, the year that pop culture went on steroids – from the Willy Wonka Experience to Molly and Tommy’s breakup, to the Bratification of everything and Glicked. Over 60 countries held general elections, one held an Olympics, and we made celebrities out of slimy, baby animals

We were also blessed with 26 new Dazed covers. Crashing into the year with a bang, back in February we brought you our Loud issue, featuring four major model moments with Vittoria Ceretti, Precious Lee, Mona Tougaard and Omahyra Mota, as well as superstar songstress Victoria Monét, Canadian basketball player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, The Crown’s young Prince Harry, Luther Ford, and south London rapper K-Trap.

Then, we accurately predicted the winner of the men’s 100m final at the Paris Olympics, featuring Noah Lyles on the cover of our Ready, Set, Go! special issue, alongside athletes Kobbie Maino and Beatrice Vio, musicians Tyla and Normani, plus YouTuber IShowSpeed. Then came the Impossible Issue, celebrating some of the defining musicians of 2024: Mk.Gee, Willow, FLO, Ayra Starr, Bad Bunny and Central Cee.

And finally, our last wave of covers presented the new vanguard of acting talent, Oscar-hopeful Mikey Madison, modern heartthrobs Harris Dickinson and Drew Starkey, as well as British rapper Pa Salieu. What a year! As we wind down this festive season, why not sit back, relax, and take a trip back through Dazed’s 2024 lineup. Until next year…
