In an ever-expanding digital world, music streams flow, channels build, demos rest in clouds, and creatives make waves. As the digital age continues to evolve we welcome more accessibility than ever before as fresher and driven creatives step up into the spotlight – bringing with them a league of new sounds, new styles, processes and techniques.

Over the last month, Dazed Club has teamed up with talents to spotlight the ambition that Nike Tech fuels in today’s energised creatives. This project showcases 14 emerging talents across three distinct categories: Fashion Insiders, Artisans, and Culture Curators. At the forefront of this digital transformation are culture curators – creative individuals whose work is both deliberate and inspired.

To wrap up the project, below we've spotlighted the final five talents along with their tips for success, overcoming challenges, and making it – all while outfitted in Nike Tech’s Woven suit apparel.

JACQUES

Freelance designer Jacques highlights the importance of self-compassion in the creative process. Discussing their daily routine, they acknowledge, “We all know that the creative block is real.” To overcome it, Jacques recommends stepping outside – whether for a bus ride or a walk – to shift the energy. With their own meticulously ordered files, they emphasise the necessity of organisation, telling us, “Always back up your work – my hard drive is my best friend.” Jacques leaves us with a final piece of advice: “Get out and find some inspiration and opportunities.”

WEKAFORE

For Barcelona-based multi-disciplinary artist Wekafore, balance is essential to juggling their crafts. Working between design, musical production, performance, and event curation simultaneously, they share with Dazed, “My mind feels like it’s working endlessly at 800mph.” Their tips: always be flexible. “Flexibility helps you drop your ego when necessary and go deeper into it when it’s time to rumble,” says Wekafore.

ANDY

Conceptual artist Andy believes in the power of routine. “Setting a series of habits will help you improve your technical skills as well as grow personally,” he shares. Andy emphasises taking your time and, most importantly, embracing experimentation – whether it’s using new tools, exploring 3D software, or experimenting with different textures. Sharing his creative mantra, he tells Dazed, “Think, process, create, release, and start it all over again – that’s the fun of it.”

THEIS

Fashion designer Theis thrives in the digital realm, blending research with experimentation in styling, pattern-making, and casting. Perseverance is vital, he says, advising, “Approach design as something therapeutic – it makes the work more personal.” Theis encourages embracing limitations creatively, and finding unconventional ways around challenges to enhance the end result.

FRANCESCO DARAIO

Francesco Daraio approaches his work with mindfulness, working across his roles as a DJ and art director. He emphasises the importance of listening, experimenting, and changing environments to stay inspired. “Don’t be afraid to try wild ideas,” he shares. Tuning into his surroundings, Daraio explains that everyday sounds can spark creativity. “The key is to stay open and see everything around you as potential inspiration.”
