THE LONIOUS An oil painter, designer, filmmaker, and performer, The Lonious lends a multi-faceted approach to creativity, emphasising that true art lies in “what is beyond you.” For them, the studio becomes a sacred space, filled with their vast canvas’ it’s a home in which they can explore and focus. To maintain this clarity, organisation is key, especially when challenges arise. They tell us when something goes wrong, sometimes stepping back to acknowledge the larger picture, gives them a fresh perspective. ALL AMIN Self-described as more of a labourer than a designer, All Amin is the CEO and creative mind behind Haram, a Kurdish label focused on upcycling worn-out shoes. She shares how her work often involves unglamorous tasks, like cleaning strangers’ old, dirty shoes. All Amin prefers not to follow a set plan and instead advises, “Try not to overthink your work too much and let your own mistakes inspire you.” MATTEO Professional Paris-based dancer Matteo invites us into a training day, sharing insights on how he keeps his art inspired and evolving. He urges us to draw inspiration from everyday life, explaining that “everything you do or see can feed your craft.” Matteo keeps his practice diverse, finding that variety is key to reaching his full potential. His advice, in a few words: stay true to yourself. RED LONGO Co- founder of Spazio Koch, the interdisciplinary creative service, Red Longo is an all round creator.
