His appointment is obviously a seamless match for the brand’s rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic – after all, he is the son of Oasis frontman Liam. Shot by frequent Saint Laurent collaborator David Sims in an understated setting to the sounds of the Velvet Underground, the accompanying video evokes conflicting feelings of rebellion and introspection. And having already cut his teeth modelling for Burberry, the 18-year-old carries the brand’s signature, skinny silhouettes with ease.
