Edie Campbell and Binx WaltonShareLink copied ✔️September 15, 2014FashionShowTextSusanne MadsenPhotographyLea ColomboGiles SS15 Initial reaction: Welcome to the jungle. Leopards, snakes and birds stalked, coiled and fluttered their way across languorous dresses and pyjama dressing infused with a breezy, tropical feeling, on a cool girl cast that included Edie Campbell, Gigi Hadid, Cora Corré and Dazed cover girl Binx Walton. What’s new pussycat: Attached to our invitations was a giant neon pink and green foam leopard paw (cue the photo ops), and Deacon followed through with a study in cat power, from the vivid paws and sharp claws that were splashed across t-shirt dresses, Freddy Krueger style, to sequin appliqués and black and white leopard collage prints on frilly dresses. How they wore it: With huge bug eye sunglasses and smokey bedroom eyes. Giles has never shied away from a floor-sweeping ball gown and once again any potentially too princess-y dresses carried an air of the informal and fun, underscored by the fact that they were brought down to earth by chunky metallic tasselled loafers by Grenson for Giles. The soundtrack to Giles SS15: Expand your creative community and connect with 15,000 creatives from around the world.READ MOREFashion’s Italian ‘Emperor’ Valentino Garavani has died Miuccia and Raf flipped the familiar at Prada AW26 men’s Dsquared2Dsquared2 turns up the Heated Rivalry at Milan Fashion WeekRick Owens and Juergen Teller make out for MonclerOoh Be Gah!
