How it was worn: Both boys and girls wore sportswear-luxe hybrids of sheer shirts and jogging bottoms. Opening full black looks eventually came broken up with silver metallics, while zipped jackets revealed a teasing layer of bright Hawaiian print. Palm tree prints and graphic fluro stripes also featured adding a rave-on-vacation vibe to the avant-garde tailoring. Surf culture: 'Surf now, apocalypse later' were the words stencilled onto the floor at the show as Yohji Yamamoto moved away from the superheroes of last season towards surf culture this season. For this season he played with furistic sportswear with bright colours and prints. The pre soundtrack to the show by Maui Chimes set the scene with soft Hawaiian steel guitar sounds playing adding to the surf vibe. The soundtrack to Y-3 SS15: Last season Y-3 gave us supeheros in manga print and neon stripe.
