Exotic feathers and roses set upon a mossy palette, fauna detailing and thatched tweed. The added luxury of metallics and intricate beadwork created femininity within the forest. How they wore it: Bare faced make up and loosely tied back hair supported the natural feel behind the collection and left all the talking to the heavily detailed garments. Shoes: The footwear reiterated the idea of woman and nature, with feathered straps spiralling up the model’s legs like vines from the forest floor. Prints: Scenes of nature with birds and woodland landscapes were printed onto dresses and embroidered onto woollen jumpers. Atmosphere: The space was set in almost complete darkness, as models glided down the runway to fluttery tones of classical piano.
