In August, Sziget Festival is returning to its usual island home. Since starting in the early nineties as a student event, it has grown into one of Europe's biggest festivals. Despite this growth, it has maintained an open, 'anything goes' atmosphere. Music is central, but Sziget has never been solely about the lineup; art, performance, and much more shape the week-long experience. This year, the lineup includes the likes of Zara Larsson, Skepta, Jorja Smith, SOMBR, Peggy Gou, Nia Archives and Ashnikko. To celebrate, Dazed Club and Sziget Festival are opening up the opportunity to experience your first European festival on the Island of Freedom. You’ll travel to Budapest this summer to discover five days of music and connection from a new perspective. The winner will get VIP 5-day festival access to Sziget for themselves and a friend, with flights and transfers to Budapest and a pre-pitched tent at the Camping of Nations site at the festival too (which has direct access to the Sziget beach). We’re looking for someone who wants to choose connection over content, people over plans, and moments over algorithms. Someone open to getting lost, discovering something new, and experiencing their first European festival in a way they'll never forget.
