Here, she shares her choice for Product of The Week – a weekly round-up of the Dazed Beauty team and wider community’s must-have buys. WHAT IS IT? Brand: UCANBEProduct: Athena Painting PalettePrice: $30 WHY SHOULD I CARE? Before I found out about this palette, I used to use powders but the looks always turned out dried and crunchy. I started looking on the internet for products that might work but everything was too expensive. When I saw this palette, I knew that it would be the solution to everything! I love painting my face and body with bright colours, it looks so elegant and interesting and it always makes me feel comfortable and pretty. The first time I tried this palette, I realised I could now do everything I needed with it and the best part is that it looks good on both my face and body, even after I set it with powder. The paint is oil based, so it is really smooth and pigmented. It’s easy to work with and feels very light on the face. I’ve had the palette for a year now and I use it all the time. It’s so universal, it can be used for everyday make-up, drag make-up, or body art. QUICKFIRE QUESTIONS It feels like... walking in rain on a warm summer evening. If it was a song it would be... “Hurt” by Yung Lean. The fictional character who would use it is... Coco from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends If it was an astrological sign it would be… Scorpio vibes: intense and it stands out. Escape the algorithm!
