From his devil emoji croc collab to his “Always Tired” face tattoos and custom baby pink suiting, Post Malone’s nihilistic sleazy (yet somehow put together) style is truly unpredictable. The latest addition to the rapper’s collection: a set of £1.1 million vampire teeth. 

According to celebrity dentist Thomas Connelly – who installed the grills alongside cosmetic dentist Naoki Hayashi in collaboration with Angel City Jeweler – the two fangs were built entirely from 40 carats of diamonds sourced in Belgium. “Post Malone completed his $1.6 million smile reconstruction last weekend!!” said Connelly on Instagram. “With a smile that shows off natural Porcelain Veneer work framed with 2 Diamond Fangs with a total weight of 12 Carats, Post Malone literally has (a) $1 million smile!!”

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the dentist explained that he met Malone in Madison Square Garden a few years back and was asked to fix up his teeth. Admiring the diamond grills he had made for other celebrity clients, the rapper asked Connelly for custom teeth cut entirely from diamonds (because why not?!)

After almost two years of trial-and-error working with the diamonds, the teeth were installed, and – according to Connelly – they operate exactly the same as normal ones. “He’s now got two functional, full diamond teeth,” said Connelly. “They light up the room. They sparkle, they shine; they’re amazing.”

Apparently, after seeing the rapper’s new teeth, other celebrities are jumping on the waitlist for some fangs of their own. “I’ve been talking to a few other people who were waiting to see how this turned out before they dropped their million. So we’ll see,” said the dentist. In the meantime, we’ll be waiting to see what style Posty wears next.
