Launched last year, Starface brings some much-needed fun to acne treatments with their star-shaped, Instagram-friendly pimple patches. Vegan and Leaping Bunny certified, the hydrocolloid patches work by drawing out pimple pus, blocking outside bacteria, and preventing picking and popping. To activate the glow on these limited edition versions, simply hold the stars under light for a few moments, put the sticker on, turn your lights off, and watch your pimples light up.
“Glow Star is inspired by bioluminescence (glow in the dark sea creatures) and the plastic stars we stuck on our childhood bedroom ceilings,” Starface founder Julie Schott tells us. “Glow stars are just as fun under the covers as they are at a concert, and we want them to make people feel like the brightest star in the sky.
