Comprising a series of images shot in Kingston, Jamaica and London, UK, Tallawah celebrates Jamaicans across generations and countries and the way they express their selfhood and culture through their hair. As part of the exhibition, Ijewere and Wauchope will be hosted in conversation by Dazed Beauty’s assistant editor Dominic Cadogan as they discuss the project. This is an opportunity to hear from two of the most prolific young creatives working in the fashion and beauty industry today as they discuss their processes, portraiture, hair, Jamaica, collaboration, and the future of representation.
