Modelled by the man himself to his 1.3m Instagram followers, they’ve come up with crystal polka dot designs, mostly in his “signature dark green”, swirly circus-style numbers, hand-painted “Art Deco” faces, and more, over the past few months. With full look and close-up shots across both of their feeds, and a handy breakdown of the design in the caption, you can admire the Japanese nail artist’s handiwork in all its glory, and it’s no surprise that her nails have been seen on Rosalía, Dua Lipa, the Hadid sisters, and in editorials and campaigns. “I love how much Marc loves nails, he always has some unique inspiration. It’s very fun to collaborate with him and I’m always learning,” says the New York-based nail artist. “We discuss every single detail of the nail art. Important things are colour choice, polka dot positions, textures with tiny 3D art and stones, also line thickness. My favourite one for him is the ‘Art Nouveau’ one because it’s got lots of details, so much shade in each face and 3D tiny flowers. I put in so much love!” Head to the gallery below to have a look at some of our fave nail designs worn by Marc.
