Farewell, you freaks: the best Tinaween looks ahead of its final show

To mark a decade of the legendary Halloween party, we look back on the wild and wonderful costumes Tinaween has bared witness to through the years

There’s one simple rule at Tinaween: no costume, no entry, no compromise. The notorious Halloween extravaganza, thrown by Dazed's very own Robbie Spencer, Johanna Lacey and Isaac Lock, is in its tenth, and final, year. After having travelled to outer space (Space Oddity), journeyed to the depths of the below (Tunaween), thrown its own Tinawedding from Hell, and put on an all-singing, all-screaming musical (Bloodbath on Broadway), to name just a few, they are ending on a high. Having one last glorious blow-out to mark the decade anniversary, Tinaween is going back to where it all began, all those years ago: the Night Of A Thousand Britneys.

Demonstrating the true spirit of Halloween, every year guests rise to the occasion and go all out with their costumes. From blood-soaked Carries to Poseidon the sea god, mail-order brides and Marie Antoinette (via Madonna), these hair-raising, breath-taking ensembles are a sight to behold. Here we roundup of some of our favourite looks throughout the years.
