Shia LaBeouf and Mia Goth livestream their Vegas wedding

The actors got hitched by an Elvis impersonator, with the King as the main theme of the day

Shia LaBeouf and Mia Goth got married in Las Vegas last night (October 10), with the event officiated by an Elvis impersonator and livestreamed online.

TMZ captured the footage of the pair’s marriage – whether an artistic performance piece or genuine declaration of the couple’s love, who have been on/off since 2012. The wedding was reportedly held at Viva Las Vegas chapel, where Goth rocked up in a pink Cadillac. The former Dazed cover star and LaBeouf originally met on the set of Lars Von Trier’s film Nymphomaniac.

Following the Elvis theme, the wedding vows were littered with references to the King: they were asked to “adopt each other's hound dogs”, “never wear your blue suede shoes in the rain,” and “always be each other's teddy bear”.

LaBeouf recently announced a new presentation of work at Bingefest in Australia this coming December, alongside his creative collaborators Nastja Säde Rönkkö and Luke Turner. The trio previously worked on a series of phonecalls to fans from Liverpool's FACT gallery for their #TOUCHMYSOUL piece, and the American Honey actor then went onto livestream a 3-day communal screening of his acting oeuvre for #ALLMYMOVIES. The artistic group more recently hitchhiked across America by tweeting coordinates to fans to pick them up for #TAKEMEANYWHERE

His creative performances, which have towed the line of art and reality, have led many to believe this wedding could be another show; despite that, the pair look very much psyched and in love.
