The art collective, originally spearheaded by Antony has grown into a clan of creative, pissed-off minds out to change the face of feminism through art, from Antony through to CocoRosie sister duo, Bianca and Sierra Casady along with renowned artist Kembra Pfahler and dancer Johanna Constantine. After three years spent honing their artistic ethos on "intensive retreats", the collective are now ready to debut their first-ever solo show later this month at home of all-things-divisive, The Hole NYC. Describing the show as "a call to arms to reorganize ourselves as a species and affirm archetypally feminine values", the collective will be addressing the 13 tenets of Future Feminism through a series of sculptural works, curated performance pieces and talks spread out over the course of the show. The talks and performances are set to feature a smorgasbord of longtime Dazed favourites including Marina Abramovic, Lydia Lunch, Laurie Anderson, Julianna Huxtable and Carolee Schneemann – mouthwatering. While the complete list of tenets remains under wraps, we can reveal that they'll be kicking off with: "The subjugation of women and the earth is one and the same". Take a behind-the-scenes look at the collective in action as they gear up for opening night below.
