However, her work is far more complex than what the diagram indicates; topsy turvy collage landscapes dotted with whimsical illustrations. After studying in the Sichuan Fine Art Academy, she came to London and continued on at Central Saint Martins. She has been commissioned by the likes of China Vogue and has done windows for Selfridges and websites for Koh Samui and Feathers.Q&A What's......so special about you, then?I look like a china doll, I work like a non-stop engine, I dress up like an entertainer, I think like an old poet, I eat like a rugby player......your worst vice?Always talking about myself, always out dressing the party host....better - analog or digital?The sound of old 78's on a record player, the smell of the photo print dark room, the touch of a hand written letter; they are the joy and flavour of being alive...but digital is quicker, easier and cheaper! I use digital for everything but analog is my true love!...the world coming to?A single global nation. Sad! How would you describe your work?My work is made of two parts: myself and my creation. Different materials and formats which express my passions and interests. They always start from sketching and then change into something more experimental. But all I know is I try be a new image maker! I try to create something that makes history, no matter what sphere it ends up in, be it: art, design orfashion!
