Eden will be her second album of 2018, following Ephorize, which dropped in January this year. The image accompanying the announcement shows CupcakKe covered in sprinkles (appropriately) and recalls the sultry imagery of the music videos posted to her YouTube between the two albums. These include the videos “Deepthroat” and “Duck Duck Goose”, which were briefly taken down for inappropriate content (ofc), and “Quiz”, which takes inspiration from retro fighting games and Tarantino’s Kill Bill. Most recently – this August – CupcakKe released a video for “Blackjack”, which is similarly NSFW. Read Dazed’s feature on the rapper here.
