On “Money”, Cardi reflects on her success over the past year, and raps about her recent motherhood (“I got a baby, I need some money”). There’s also a Black Panther reference: “Wakanda forever!” The rapper first teased new music back in August, telling fans on Instagram Live that she wanted to release a few songs that didn’t fit the vibe of Invasion of Privacy, but she was “missing like four or five songs” from the release. She was accused of ordering members of her entourage to attack two bartenders at a Queens strip club. She is scheduled to be arrainged on October 29. Listen to “Money” below.
