In what is probably the most ridiculous (and brilliant) thing we’ve seen all week, here is Sonic Youth’s iconic front woman Kim Gordon fully inhabiting the role of wrestling instructor for Peaches’ new video for “Close Up”. The clip sees Kim count cash, suck on a vape stick and look bored in a fur coat whilst Peaches flings herself around the wrestling ring before making out with her blue-haired opponent. We won't tell you who wins.

"I'm fascinated by Lucha VaVOOM, the work they do, and by classic bro movies like Rocky; the relationships between coach and student and between men and their sports," Peaches revealed in a press release. "For 'Close Up,' I wanted to combine the two, adding some little twists.”

New track “Close Up” will appear on Peaches upcoming album Rub, which will be released via I U She Music on September 25.
