He has a voice better than Timberlake's, and a face that looks like it was made from angel dust. Plus, he’s done a killer cover of ATL oddballs Rae Sremmurd’s “No Type”, so I've snuck it into the playlist, love or loath it. This month has been crammed with fire music releases, from Angel Haze’s stormy, bass-clattering comeback, to Tink’s pop-dunked after party anthem and Young Thug’s flamboyant summer jam. And that’s without mentioning the fact that Alice Glass just dropped the most powerful single of the year so far (IMO) in the shape of speaker-cutting solo debut “Still Birth”, or that Dazed favourite FKA twigs gave credit where due on her distortion-heavy vogue homage “Figure 8”. Also, if you haven't heard of Neneh Cherry's daughter Mabel yet, it's time to start listening because her dance-ready debut "Know me Better" is the most catchy creation to have been flung out of summer.
