MusicNewsKanye West scheduled to show at New York Fashion WeekThe rapper's collaboration with Adidas reportedly debuts in a weekShareLink copied ✔️February 5, 2015MusicNewsTextThomas Gorton It looks like Kanye West is returning to fashion, or more specifically, New York Fashion Week. His upcoming collaboration with Adidas looks set to be unveiled in seven days after he launched Yeezy.supply, a countdown website that contains nothing except a timer that ends on February 12. He's also launching an Adidas-exclusive app called Confirmed which is designed to allow users to reserve Yeezy-designed footwear at shops near them. Speculation has been rife that West would be showing at NYFW ever since menswear buyer Ramon Ehlen posted a now-deleted picture on Instagram of an invitation to the event. That rumour was confirmed once Yeezy.supply went up – though mysteriously, the website was only up for about 24 hours. What gives, 'Ye? Yeezy has long spoken of his affection for Adidas, despite his Nike collaboration on the Yeezy trainers. He'll no doubt be hoping that this Fashion Week experience proves markedly different to his SS12 show in Paris, where his clothes were critically panned. So come February 12, expect footwear, fireworks and fuck you's in New York. (h/t Complex) Liked this?
