High-registered London singer Shivum Sharma is signed to National Anthem, the label that launched Brolin and Haim, and now he shares the video to his deft, minimal debut single "Flicker". It's a spacious, moody track that's given fine accompaniment by this misty video directed by Annick Wolfers, who also created the shadowplay for fellow UK soul artist Lulu James' "Sweetest Thing". Sometimes it feels good to keep it in the family.
