Soul Clap are Boston house and funk heads Elyte and Cynce. In between releasing their debut longplayer EFUNK last year, teaching courses on electronic music and touring the world, the duo also run their own label – now that’s what we call deep. Recently the pair have been in the studio for sessions with George Clinton/Parliament and a solo Soul Clap release is rumoured to be brewing. To celebrate the launch of our 93 Til Infinity issue, we got the boys to serve us up a nice big helping of the biggest 90s house jams. From Chicago to Detroit, New York to London and everywhere in between, these classic tracks will make you trust in Soul Clap – ‘Free your mind and your ass will follow’.
