Focusing on the ideals of Britain's youth and subcultures, they hope to obtain a snapshot of 'modern day tribes' as from their inception over 90 years ago. Running from the 3rd to the 17th March, the competition will allow the finalists, as selected by Dazed and Farah, to model their wares in the June Issue of Dazed & Confused. These archive images shot by Janette Beckman, show that Farah have always pertained to capturing visual trends amongst mods, rockabillys, and gig-going hipsters throughout Britain's history. Farah’s campaigns have often been focused on British youth and this new competition aims to discover and showcase the Farah tribes of today. The brand which was founded in the 1920s has since bloomed to cult status, still focusing on the youth cultures of Britain as highlighted in the new SS11 campaign, shot by Gavin Watson.
