Even his famous soft tailoring came in a knitted fabric, often with shawl collars. Contrast coloured pockets and an intricate yet simply beautiful pattern added to the equation. To the tunes, or words rather, of Woody Allen chatting up Diane Keaton, we saw Japanese interpretations of standard duffel coats, knitted baseball and donkey jackets in red grey and navy blue. Also the shoes were clever takes on classics such as the desert boot, thick soled Timberland deck shoes, penny loafers and brogues.
