Pivotal to the proceedings were set designer Gary Card, who is here exclusively showcasing his sketches from the shoot. He said of the event, "I pitied the poor models who had to go through the horrible ordeal that was our shoot, listening to them struggling to breath was particularly difficult. It didn't stop us though, we carried on torturing them till 3 in the morning!"
