Similar in size to a child’s rubber ring, this is certainly not an item for a sea-faring trip but is a definitively more wearable accessory than his S/S '10 gold headpiece that nuzzled the face of a model. The fish, a symbol of power, prosperity and positivity dictated to the rest of the collection through Alaia Azzadine inspired tunic dresses whose skirts resembled the sharp, streamlined points of a fin. Similarly, heavily pleated hems on PVC dresses with cut-away curves echoed the sleek movement of a fish. Coat-dresses with scale-like texture and the sculpted wedge heels on shoes resembled mythical sea creatures.
