With the goal of creating a classic watch design unaffected by changing fads, the Todd Jordan x G-Shock collaboration is based on the iconic DW5600 watch, reminiscent of the very first G-Shock, the DW5000.

Working with the professional skateboarder-turned-photographer, Todd Jordan who is best known for his photographic style of capturing raw images of life in New York, G-Shock were proud to release his modern design. Jordan says of the collaboration: “The DW5600 was the first G-Shock model that I owned. I remember that watch well. It still has a sentimental value to me, so it’s really nice to be able to make my own 5600.”

Often taking passersby as subjects, Todd Jordan has been known for his love of simplicity in his photos, thus choosing a unified black and silver theme for the DW5600TOD-6 watch, further accented with a striking white LCD readout on a dark background seemed natural. To truly make it his own, the back case engraving features a smirking caricature of Todd Jordan.

The DW5600TOD-6 is available nationwide and online. For more information visit www.gshock.com.
