After it was confirmed Rihanna would be joining forces with LVMH to launch a new luxury label back in February, the company has now revealed when the first collection from Fenty, as it has been named, will make its debut – and it’s probably much, much sooner than you think. Set to be revealed in Paris before the end of the month, the line will be made up of ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, sunglasses, and jewellery. “Designing a line like this with LVMH is an incredibly special moment for us,” Rihanna explains in a statement released by LVMH. “Mr Arnault has given me a unique opportunity to develop a fashion house in the luxury sector, with no artistic limits. I couldn’t imagine a better partner both creatively and business-wise, and I’m ready for the world to see what we have built together.” Needless to say, RiRi – so are we. Watch this space.
