After Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson closed Valentino AW15 in character as Derek Zoolander and Hansel, thus confirming that the sequel to Zoolander will arrive in 2016, everyone's talking about it. Carine Roitfeld, former editor-in-chief of French Vogue and founder of the CR Fashion Book, is no different. In an interview with The Cut, Roitfeld offered her untested acting abilities for a cameo in Zoolander 2, saying she'd love to be in it. Roitfeld has recently had back surgery, forcing her to wear a corset for months. The surgery and the corset meant that she missed Kanye's performance in Paris at Foundation Louis Vuitton, where he gave away copies of his new lookbook, but she heaped praise on Yeezy regardless and celebrated him becoming a part of the fashion world. "It’s amazing to see him and Mr. (Bernard) Arnault together talking about music and art, no? To see how finally the fashion world — what he dreamed of — he is a part of it." She also discussed the ostracision that a pregnant Kim Kardashian faced when she was on the cover of CR Fashion Book, shot by Karl Lagerfeld and styled by Riccardo Tisci. "You know, when we did the issue with Kim on the cover with Karl and Riccardo, no one wanted to lend clothes, no one invited her to the shows, she was really rejected by everyone. Maybe we were good luck because after us she did U.S. Vogue, all the other magazines. Honestly, she is a very nice person. And Kanye’s a big talent, you know? In the last issue, Kanye curated a feature about art, he’s very cultured, he’s doing so many things, I don’t know how he does it all."
