Featuring caps, shoes, t-shirts and varsity-MA1 hybrids, the line takes its cue from sample culture, an influence that can be felt in the way different fabrics are brought together – army green wool meeting black leather. With detailing inspired by the Japanese streetwear Lavelle has been obsessing over since the 80s, the collection takes elements of Mo’Wax’s history and translates them into the garments – like the fluro orange camo lining inside the jackets. “Camouflage is the repeating emblem and has been through the label and everything else I’ve done for the past 15 years,” explains Lavelle. Artist, member of the original Supreme skate crew and Lavelle's long time friend Gio Estevez worked on the slogans, his signature mirror-image lettering snaking across the front of t-shirts and adorning patches. The collection is released on Wednesday, but Lavelle will be hitting the decks to celebrate in an exclusive event tonight alongside Nightwave and Dazed favourites We Are Shining. “For the past 10 years Mo’Wax has been a poisoned chalice,” he admits. “Now I feel proud, [the collection] is about new times.” Watch Lavelle celebrate the new era of Mo’Wax at the Nike x MoWax by James Lavelle Just Jam Event, live from NikeLab 1948 London on Tuesday 25 November from 8-11pm on dontwatchthat.tv Expand your creative community and connect with 15,000 creatives from around the world.READ MORECamgirls and ‘neo-sluts’: Feral fashion on the global dancefloorBrigitte Bardot: Remembering the late icon’s everlasting styleLenovo & IntelInternet artist Osean is all for blending art and technologyA look back on 2025 in Dazed fashion editorialsMaison Kébé: The Senegalese brand taking African craft worldwideRevisiting the most-read fashion stories on Dazed in 2025Meet the Irish designer illuminating Zara Larsson’s Midnight Sun eraBompardEimear Lynch captures the quiet rituals of girlhood for BompardThe 25 most stylish people of 2025, rankedSinéad O’Dwyer is heading to The Light House for ChristmasIn pictures: The most memorable street style of 2025LottoLotto brings football fashion to North America ahead of the 2026 World Cup
