The success of the Clarks Wallabee “Futura Ataomic Atoms” shoe paved way for the this second collaboration. Futura, is known for his early work in the seventies where he took to the subways and streets of New York City and has designed record sleeves for The Clash and Unkle. He has also expanded into clothing with his label Futura Laboratories and working with the likes of Nike, Undercover, Levis and now Clarks. For S/S 09, the outer section of the Wallabee shoe has been treated with a splatter paint technique and this style will come with its own limited edition shoe box.
