Using sculpted shapes, inspirations from Ancient Rome are fused with elements from Imperial Japan, where the two identities meet to create one. Bold, sculptural proportions are revamped with Japanese Oiran-inspired detailling and voluminous kimono shapes. Pleated trousers as a reference to Roman columns as well as the traditional Hakama are worn with draped, elongated silhouettes. Dazed presents the new video and campaign shot by photographer Takay, featuring the model Michael Brisby.
