Perhaps more impressive than the graphic design are the who’s who of cult Hollywood lining the edges of the poster. The cast features Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton, Jeff Goldblum, Harvey Keitel, Greta Gerwig, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton and Yoko Ono – among countless others. Isle of Dogs will be set in Japan and will follow one boy’s odyssey to find his lost dog. Edward Norton will reportedly play the role of the lost dog, Rex. It marks Anderson’s second animated feature after 2009’s Fantastic Mr. Fox. Naturally, there was a lot to unpack: Bill Murray, Jeff Goldblum, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton, Bryan Cranston (and Yoko Ono). This might be the greatest cast of all time. pic.twitter.com/9ashXqASEl— Kevin Polowy (@djkevlar) April 25, 2017Seriously, what a cast?!! #WesAnderson#IsleofDogspic.twitter.com/Rqw2rAogF1— Rudie Obias (@RudieObias) April 25, 2017Crazy how Wes Anderson's next film 'Isle of Dogs' comes out on 4/20— 🦆 (@weiley_Coyote) April 25, 2017 Unfortunately, we will have to wait until next year to see it.
