The author of the article, Bradford Thomas, makes the claims that the extract demonstrates that the creator of Girls "sexually abused" her little sister at the age of seven and runs with the headline "Lena Dunham Describes Sexually Abusing Her Little Sister". Thomas's article attempts to arouse suspicion about the incident, which relays a tale of finding pebbles in her sister's vagina. Dunham is furious, cancelling two events in Europe that she was expected to attend to promote her book Not That Kind Of Girl. The right wing news story that I molested my little sister isn't just LOL- it's really fucking upsetting and disgusting.— Lena Dunham (@lenadunham) November 1, 2014And by the way, if you were a little kid and never looked at another little kid's vagina, well, congrats to you.— Lena Dunham (@lenadunham) November 1, 2014Usually this is stuff I can ignore but don't demean sufferers, don't twist my words, back the fuck up bros.— Lena Dunham (@lenadunham) November 1, 2014 Dunham has been accused of being Islamophobic, homophobic and racist online before, but a child molester at the age of seven is probably one of the most bizarre allegations made against the actress and writer. She tweeted her apologies to the people who were set to attend the legs of her book tour in Germany and Belgium. It's as yet unconfirmed how many more cancellations the Truth Revolt article will prompt. We have contacted her for comment and will update the story when we can.
