Shot as a film by Pierre Debusschere and styled by Dazed menswear editor Robbie Spencer, the striking film stills introduce the 'Music x Fashion' issue and you can see his short fashion film with the band in full here, made exclusively for Dazed Digital. “Working on this shoot with the XX was great, they played some amazing tracks from an instrumental album," says Debusschere. "It is always a pleasure to work with Robbie, and to shoot in Brussels. Afterwards, I went to see them live – I love those days when everything goes well and I can finish with a perfect night out. It was kind of strange to see them during the day and then on stage later on. They gave so much and looked really happy with their performance." Escape the algorithm!
