Ari Marcopoulos for YSL

On June 22nd 2010, Yves Saint Laurent announced that a new film will be shown at the Yves Saint Laurent Menswear show for SS '11 this week. The Dutch photographer and filmmaker Ari Marcopoulos was commissioned to create a short film that will make its worldwide live debut this Friday, June 25, 2010 in Paris. Showing at the presentation of Creative Director Stefano Pilati’s Collection for Yves Saint Laurent, Homme S/S 2011.

The presentation will include an installation of the film – titled No Way Back – and a fashion show of the collection. No Way Back is a short documentary-style film, a meditation on the universe of legendary tattoo artist Mark Mahoney.
