FashionShowThierry Mugler Womenswear A/W10No unnecessary components; just good, clean designs.ShareLink copied ✔️March 10, 2010FashionShowTextRachael BridgeThierry Mugler Womenswear A/W10 Thierry Mugler was a breath of fresh air amongst all the frou-frou and heavy weight detailing that has been turned out during Paris Fashion Week so far. A fresh, sleek collection that retained an air of luxury whilst focusing more on silhouette and fabric, as opposed to the amount of ruffles, frills, crystals and anything else that a designer is likely to get their hands on. Outerwear entailed a cream slender robe secured by a matching belt with subtle pocket detail and a grey puffa coat with curved waist and emphasis on hips and chest. Although eveningwear was pared down in comparison to other shows this season, this did not mean that it was any less desirable, Mugler held its own with opulent fabrics, a modern twist and minimal fuss. A high-waisted delicately feathered skirt was teamed with a coffee sheer blouse and a strapless bodice in pale gold and silver was worn over a nude pink blouse. The final piece an asymmetric full-length gown in black, gold and silver metallic. This was given an urban edge with a steel-grey, slim puffa jacket that highlighted the waist as it criss-crossed around the stomach; the high collar attained a regal air.Visit our Entire Paris Fashion Week coverage » Expand your creative community and connect with 15,000 creatives from around the world.READ MORECamgirls and ‘neo-sluts’: Feral fashion on the global dancefloorBrigitte Bardot: Remembering the late icon’s everlasting styleLenovo & IntelThe internet is Illumitati’s ‘slop kingdom'A look back on 2025 in Dazed fashion editorialsMaison Kébé: The Senegalese brand taking African craft worldwideRevisiting the most-read fashion stories on Dazed in 2025Meet the Irish designer illuminating Zara Larsson’s Midnight Sun eraBompardEimear Lynch captures the quiet rituals of girlhood for BompardThe 25 most stylish people of 2025, rankedSinéad O’Dwyer is heading to The Light House for ChristmasIn pictures: The most memorable street style of 2025LottoLotto brings football fashion to North America ahead of the 2026 World Cup
