This season, the collection has been inspired by an imaginary summer that the designers have been dreaming about during the wash-out of a summer we have had in Britain where the sky is dark and the sun is not out to play. Bjork & McElligott have instead got to imagine sunshine by injecting heavy doses of Hawaii/batik fabrics, brightly dyed silks and coloured denims which are all then toned down with dark origami leather. The film presentation will be held on Monday 15th September at 49 Greek Street Soho W1D 4EG between 7pm-10pm.Film by Christopher TaitPhotography by Alistair GuyPerformance by Anna Phoebe DJs Molaroid and Jaime PearsonKindly Supported by Rocco Venezia, Cobra beer, Kopperberg Cider and Bottlegreen.
