Fashion, unsurprisingly, dominates the top 50, but the high positions of websites like Wikipedia, YouTube, Facebook and YouTube gave a clue to how most of you spend your office hours, while Tate Modern, the Barbican and the Design Museum proved that real culture isn't quite dead yet. Finally, we can't avoid mentioning that Dazed & Confused itself came out on top, but we won't brag too much as it was our own survey. The Coolbrands book, in which brand experts and the public identify the most innovative and stylish brands of the moment, will be available free with the November issue of Dazed & Confused at WH Smith whilst stocks last. Here are the top 50 brands, in order:Dazed & ConfusedVivienne WestwoodAmerican ApparelComme Des GarconsLevi'sTate Modern Alexander McQueenOliver Goldsmith Urban OutfittersRay BanConverse All Stars Vans You Tube Wikipedia M.A.C Beyond Retro Topshop The Guardian Google Pop Vogue Chanel Facebook Uniqlo Last.fm H&M Stella McCartney ICA Tom Ford Prada Flickr Christian Louboutin Hermes Paul Smith Adidas Burberry Onitsuka Tiger Nike Design Museum Dr. Martens Diesel Stussy Fred Perry Barbican Zara Tatty Devine A Bathing Ape Issey Miyake Net-A-Porter Creative Review Escape the algorithm!
