Angel-voiced Londoner Tahliah Barnett hit the refresh button on pop this year with her debut LP1 for Young Turks. When she starred on the cover of the Dazed summer issue, she was just becoming known for the fluid surreality of her self-produced EPs and videos. Now, whether she’s directing concept films for Google Glass or voguing her way through electric live sets, the 26-year-old is charging into 2015 as an off-kilter cultural icon.
