Elon Musk endorses Kanye West for president, regrets it immediately

It lasted three days

Some love stories simply aren’t built to last.

When Kanye West announced his candidacy to become the President of the United States earlier this week (July 5), Elon Musk jumped to give his “full support”.

But when a Twitter user pointed out West’s anti-abortion and anti-vaccination claims, Musk replied in a now-deleted tweet: “We may have more differences of opinion than I anticipated.”

Yesterday (July 8), an interview with Kanye was published on Forbes, in which he revealed that his 2020 presidential run would be under the name ‘The Birthday Party’ , because “when we win, it’s everybody’s birthday”. His running mate would be Michelle Tidball, a little-known preacher from Wyoming. He wants Musk to be head of the US space programme.

He also announced that he’s pro-life and strangely claimed that “Planned Parenthoods have been placed inside cities by white supremacists to do the Devil’s work”. He also said that vaccinations are the “mark of the beast” and we should cure coronavirus with prayer.

Admittedly, it’s very bizarre stuff but you can read the full thing here to make up your own mind.
