It's hard to believe that Capricious's upcoming exhibition Discharge will be Petra Collins' first solo show. A regular on the art scene, she curates her own collective, is staff photographer at Rookie, films sexy shorts and even moonlights as a casting director for Richard Kern. But you probably know her best for rocking the boat with her bleeding vagina t-shirt and getting kicked off instagram for showing a bit of pube. Now, with Discharge, Petra is riding solo. We previewed some of the images featured in Discharge last year in our interview with Petra, and we've got more exclusives from the show today. Themed around the shifting metamorphosis of female development within a sexed-up, image-driven society, the show is laced with Petra's trademark wry innocence.
