Live streamed on Instagram @donaladglover,” he wrote on X. During the live stream, he previewed a song tentatively called “Human Sacrifice” and revealed that there are only two more Gambino projects on the way: “We’re releasing Atavista, but after that, there’s the final Childish Gamino album – a soundtrack for the fans.” Later in the broadcast, he teased the original soundtrack to Bando Stone & The New World, which he states will be his last album under the name Childish Gambino. But Glover didn’t follow through with that statement. In a 2020 interview for GQ with Michaela Coel, he addressed why he couldn’t let go of his alter ego just yet: “I still don’t feel like I’m done with that [music] project.” Glover has not yet released a date for Atavista.
