Brockhampton announce new album title and release date

The group’s new single, ‘Buzzcut’, is set to feature on the imminent Ginger follow-up

Earlier this week, Brockhampton released a music video for the new, Danny Brown-featuring single “Buzzcut”, and now the boy band has announced that the track will feature on their upcoming studio album, titled Roadrunner: New Light, New Machine.

The new record will be the follow-up to 2019’s Ginger, though the group did drop (then delete) a series of tracks in 2020.

In an announcement posted to social media, the group includes details about the imminent Roadrunner release, scheduled for April 9 via Question Everything/RCA. The premiere will also be marked with a livestreamed show from Rick Rubin’s Shangri-La studio in Malibu.

Rubin has also featured in teaser videos released ahead of the new record, singing Brockhampton’s praises alongside RZA.

Take a look at the new announcement below.
